SUMMARY:Gluten Free Pasta Night
LOCATION:Sammie\, 2205 33 Ave SW\, Calgary
DESCRIPTION:Making your own pasta is both easy and incredibly rewarding. In
this three-hour class\, we’ll cover the basics while creating three dif
ferent types of pasta\, and each guest will take home a vacuum-sealed bag
of each kind. Is it a class or meal prep? Honestly\, it’s a bit of both!
We’ll be using gluten-free flour and a manual pasta machine\, and we’
ll demonstrate rolling techniques—but if you have celiac disease\, you
’ll need to hand roll since we can’t guarantee no cross-contamination.
Please let our coordinator know about any allergies or preferences before
the class. You’ll leave with gnocchi\, ravioli\, and a classic long noo
dle—plus the confidence to make pasta from scratch whenever the craving
hits. All materials will be supplied. So all you need to bring is your cre
ative mind. We’ll have plenty of Gluten Free nibblies and snacks\, along
with a selection of curated cocktails and local beers to enjoy. Snack boa
rds can be purchased with your tickets\, and drinks cocktails will be avai
 lable all night. At Sammie’s Cafe\, we’re creating a welcoming space f
or multimedia artists to connect\, collaborate\, and share their expertise
\, building a lively learning community. If you’re interested in a class
that’s not listed or are an artist seeking a place to teach\, reach out
to our coordinator at negrecia@rogers.com with any ideas\, comments\, or
questions. Follow us on Instagram @TheGrowingStudios for more classes and
the latest announcements. Thank you for your interest\, and we look forwar
d to meeting you. Look forward to enjoying an evening with like minded art
enthusiasts. Talking and creating is an evening well spent.
