SUMMARY:Pasta making 101
LOCATION:Sammie\, 2205 33 Ave SW\, Calgary
DESCRIPTION:Making your own pasta is both simple and incredibly satisfying.
In this 3 hour class\, we’ll teach you the basics while making three di

also demonstrate rolling techniques— but for efficiency\, we’ll use a
rolling machine. If you’re interested in a gluten-free version\, please
contact us\, and be sure to let our Coordinator know of any existing alle
rgies prior to the event. You’ll leave with gnocchi\, ravioli\, and a cl
assic long noodle—plus the confidence to make pasta from scratch wheneve
r the craving hits. All materials will be supplied. So all you need to bri
ng is your creative mind. We’ll have plenty of nibblies and snacks\, alo
ng with a selection of curated cocktails and local beers to enjoy. Snack b
oards can be purchased with your tickets\, and drinks cocktails will be av
ailable all night. At Sammie’s Cafe\, we’re creating a welcoming space
for multimedia artists to connect\, collaborate\, and share their experti
se\, building a lively learning community. If you’re interested in a cla
ss that’s not listed or are an artist seeking a place to teach\, reach o
ut to our coordinator at negrecia@rogers.com with any ideas\, comments\, o
