 ifferently. Join fellow InterGen Advisors for the inaugural Advisor Lab\, 
 the first session in our new Advisor Circle program developed in partnersh
 ip with Level 52. Together\, we'll explore what it means to be an exceptio
 nal advisor and begin building a shared philosophy for how we support foun
 ders across the InterGen community. Through facilitated discussion\, pract
 ical frameworks\, and interactive exercises\, we'll examine the difference
  between coaching and consulting\, explore the foundations of effective ad
 visor-founder relationships\, and develop techniques for leading conversat
 ions with curiosity before moving to advice. Along the way\, we'll collect
 ively define the principles and best practices that will shape the InterGe
 n advisor experience for years to come. Whether you're an experienced ment
