DESCRIPTION:An advanced course\, designed to provide detailed analysis of t
 he principal wines of the world. In this 16 half-day conveniently spaced c
 ourse out over a 4 month period students will gain in-depth knowledge of w
 ine production\, global wine regions\, as well as fortified and sparkling 
 wine. Students will also benefit from the in-depth tastings where they wil
 l learn to identify product style and quality using the Systematic Approac
 h to Tasting. Successful participants will receive the WSET Level 3 Advanc
 ed Certificate. All glassware\, text and workbooks provided. Examination i
 s on the last day – This course will be completed in just over a 4 month
  period\, texts and workbooks will be provided well in advance for study p
 reparation. The examination consists of a blind tasting component\, multip
 le choice section and detailed written answers. Additional 2 to 3 hour cla
 sses are included with your tuition fees for fine tuning blind tasting tec
 hniques and written exam question answer practice. Class Dates Are as Foll
 ows – Saturday Mornings 9:30am to 1:00pm commencing - January 2027 Janua
 ry 9th / 16th / 23rd / 30th February 6th / 13th / 20th / 27th March 6th / 
 13th / 20th / April 3rd / 10th / 17th / 25th - Tasting & Theory Exams. Reg
